SPUD has a single-minded focus on delivering the best baked potato to our guests have ever eaten. We are passionate about potatoes. We know how and where they grow and we know exactly how to treat and care for our fresh potatoes, so that they come to boulder in perfect condition.

SPUD has takeaway & dine-in outlets serving freshly baked potatoes with a wide choice of fillings. Whilst not a new product, the concept of a shop where one could buy ready baked potatoes with a vast selection of fillings was and still is unique.

For generations the simple potato was seen as “peasant fare”. But in this age of “organic food” and “health food” we now know the baked potato can be an excellent nutritious alternative to the other fast foods on the market today.
