Very worst experience with Sahari Studio service, Al Daih

I am the customer of Sahari studio, Al Daih since 2022. On 20th April I visited the branch and gave an order for designing Momentum for 6 children. I Also selected the model of the stone on which the content needed to be printed & paid BHD 40.000 as advance.
Yesterday they edited and sent. Corrections & the suggestions were shared by me. But she couldn’t understand the content which I shared.
I asked her to put some additional text for the four children. But that content also she put in the momentum design and shared. You may find in the attachment the design which she sent to me. Even the kids won’t make such mistakes. She made such a foolish edit and sent it to me. So we went directly, so that we could sit together and finish it. As I need the material before this thursday.
We reached there around 10PM. Her attitude was not good. Since we are human, we were able to understand her situation better, it is because of the late timing. By adjusting, we sit with her for around 1hr and finalize the design. After finalizing the design, we felt the selected model for printing wouldn’t be good (Selected model was printing on the stone & sticking it on the wooden board). So we requested her to print the content on the stone, but there was no need to stick it on the wooden board. Since the available board was a little higher in size.
Initially, she said she can’t do it. If not, she asked us to select a small size stone. So I requested her to print on the bigger stone without a wooden board.
She didn’t accept our request. So we asked her to proceed. With a different attitude, She asked to sign and give. So we requested, you mail me the content or whatsapp. So that we can approve it, as we did before.
Even before, we also approve through whatsapp. She was so adamant in different attitude that we needed to sign and give approval. So we canceled the order and asked her to give the advance back. She said she will charge for designing BHD 5 for each child, which is really very high for a small edit. So we accepted and requested her to share the edited PDF file. She was adamant and gave the jpeg file only to us. Even after charging BHD 5 for small editing, she didn’t give a PDF file. And gave back our BHD 10.000 from BHD 40 (advance).
Billing is also not clear. I attached the bill for your reference.
Bill it shows advance BHD 30.000 & another one paper shows that she gave BHD 10 back. So it is like BHD 30.000, we paid in advance, among that she gave BHD 10.000 back (which is really a false statement).
If the staff behave like this, we may lose many customers. She didn’t tell us her name, when we asked.
