Have a treatment for two children from Dr. Adnan – very happy. Extremely competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and polite doctor.
Same time girls on the reception are critically impolite and challenging to communicate. Can’t do even simple actions, to make an appointment by phone is more painful than a caries treatment itself.
Very bad experience with reception-I could not find the entrance, called to reception,no one can speak English, I called 4 times lady was hardly talking seems she was dying.she transferred the calls and I waited every time 3 minutes-but no one answered.
Dear management you need to look into whom you hire- it’s actually the face of your company.

The reception girls at both first and second floors are rude and so unprofessional. one of them kept me waiting just because she was busy with her Watssap.a Bahraini lady was so upset that she left telling them that they had no manners, while dealing with patients which is true.
Ram management needs to pay attention to that because their image is really getting deteriorated because of those incompetent and arrogant girls!
