Worst customer service experience to date. Please do not bother to eat here unless you want bad service, waiters who ignore you, wait for 50 minutes for you food to arrive or in my case not at all.
The owner did not even have the decency to waive the bill. My family had the worst experience in any restaurant in Bahrain to date.
The food at its best was mediocre and completely overpriced. Over hyped junk restaurant that will hopefully close down soon.
Don’t waste you time as there are much better restaurants who know how to provide customer service just a block away from this shamblic place. Only thing rustic here is the service. Zero stars.
Every single time we visit, insanely slow service, incorrect orders and dishes brought out up to over an hour apart make the experience here miserable.
Heard a lot about this place. Food was OK but most dishes lacked sauces. The meatballs, jalapeño cheese egg rolls were good & the brisket sandwich was nice, the rest was boring & tasteless. Salmon teriyaki donburi was dry & tasteless, chicken thigh sandwich was dry, halloumi fries weren’t very exciting & the Buddha Bowl, what is that.
Think Bahrain needs good food, produced locally. They have to stop hyping food up with fancy presentations & funny names.
Food should look simple & taste amazing.
This place started AWESOME. Down the line, the food drastically lost quality. Their coffee is still some of the best around here. Atmosphere is terrific too and suitable for work. The staff are pleasant folk too, but don’t come here for the food.
Terrible, I just ordered the sliders from the carriage app, the food was so soggy I couldn’t bear to eat it. The flavors where off and the ketchup was watery, nothing was good.
A small restaurant next to Grind coffee shop. They are actually connected, so I assume it’s the same ownership. The place is small but gets plenty of natural light during the day time. Had breakfast here and it was hit and miss. The protein bowl was excellent, it had many yummy elements, the sweet potatoes, the halloumi , the falafel were all good in it. On the other hand the One Pot Wilson, a shakshuka basically, was bland and lacked flavor. The service was very slow, it seemed like there was only one person taking orders, bringing out the plates and maybe cooking the food. You can have your coffee from Grind delivered to your table, not bad.
