Waited like 75 minutes to get a flu vaccination and the weirdest thing no patients. Very bad experience
As a specialist hospital, great. Everyone is nice and caring but in general situations, flu, rising body temperature and what not they’re not so great. The general doctor seem to not know what to do. I went twice for a flu and a sour throat and issues with my knee and the doctor just told me that I should see a bones specialist and gave me medications to take. When I went to their pharmacy. The pharmacist seemed to not know what the medication was for. He told me both of the prescriptions were for pain relief. They were not. The specialist doctors are very good at what they do though.
I’ve visited this hospital four times now and on each visit was more than happy with the service received. First visit was for Zoom whitening which was carried out in a very professional manner by a very friendly doctor who took his time explaining the procedure. So happy with the results!
Second two visits were to the dermatology department for treatment of an ongoing skin issue (dermatitis). Again the receptionists were very professional and the doctor was thorough in her assessment of my concerns and offered treatment.
She asked me to call back in a week so they could check my progress and this follow up was free of charge.
My next visit was again to the dermatology department but this time for a facial treatment (hydrafacial) – the treatment was carried out professionally by a very friendly nurse who again explained the procedure fully. This treatment was carried out after a quick consultation with a dermatologist. Again I was so happy with the results and I would highly recommend this treatment for a deep clean, hydrating and refreshing facial treatment. A lot of the Spa’s charge 20/25 BD for a facial which just treat the surface layers of your skin. This procedure was 40BD but deep cleaned using suction and gentle exfoliation. Great results!
Nice clean modern building with lots of parking, downstairs is a chemist so you can have any prescriptions filled before you leave.
I do with that the dermatology department had a list of services, with prices shown on the website.
worst hospital ever, dont go to them !
