TAGUCB aims to develop a cadre of future business leaders who can compete and succeed in a world of expanding knowledge and challenging economies. Our commitment to our students, to academic excellence and to regional development is reflected in our motto” Where the Gifted Become Leaders“.
A competitive advantage is not easily gained, and hence TAGUCB is fortunate to have the financial resources and support of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), recognized as the largest firm of professional services in the Arab world. TAG-Org, in the words of its Chairman HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, is committed to making TAGUCB a premier undergraduate University College in the GCC countries and the Arab region in general.
As a truly international University College of Business, TAG-UCB develops business professionals for whom geography, culture and communication are interwoven. We developed partnerships with world leading universities to create successful environments for exchange of faculty, students, knowledge, and culture.
The worst place to work for
This is the worst place to work for. The management f the college is super-centralized with a high level of the commercial target. The turn-over in the college is higher than 90% and every one comes to college stays for less than a year then run away from the extremely bad environment. You should expect to scream and yell at all times from management on employees and faculty members. There is no work stability and you can be fired at any time since all the decisions are made by only one person who has no knowledge of the academic standards and holds a diploma in accounting. he manages everything even the air you breathe.
Everyone spies on everyone to please management and kiss as_es. They are asking faculty members to work from 8 to five even though they will not say that when they hire you. A lot of lying to just get you in the door because they are not finding any PhD holder to work and stay with them. By the way, they failed the Ministry of Higher Education Accreditation and they are struggling to stay open. The Ministry may shut them down at any time. If you are thinking to work here, believe me, this will be a total loss to your financial benefits and to your reputation. This college reputation is the worst in Bahrain.
